From January 2022 our service of  delivery is even more flexible and customized with FlexDeliveryService. Thanks to the possibility of choosing between six different options,  you will have a personalized delivery experience based on your  your needs.

How it works  ?

You will be  constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Through a link sent via email you will be able to access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose :

- Choice of collection point

- New address for shipping,

- Safe place of delivery,

- Authorize the withdrawal by a neighbor

- Refuse delivery.

The service is completely free and you just need to enter your email and phone number during the purchase process.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

In case the recipient is absent at the time of delivery,  GLS Corriere Espresso will contact our staff to notify them of the storage in their warehouses.

Our Customer Service will contact the courier to provide the necessary instructions for making a second delivery or for collecting the goods on site.
