In Italy we offer express shipping within 24/48 hours, with some exceptions for smaller islands and remote areas. Shipping is handled by the GLS express courier.

For the rest of Europe, delivery takes 48/72 hours.

We accept size exchanges on all products within 14 days from the date the parcel is delivered by the courier.

To request a size exchange, it’s important to send the product back in its original packaging. The product must show no signs of wear or use.

The cost of a size exchange is €9.00, which corresponds to the cost of the double shipping (outbound and return).

You can request a refund within 14 days from delivery.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.

Usually, the time for the amount to be credited back is between 3–5 business days.

Shipping within Italy costs €5.90 for orders under €85. Above this amount, shipping is free.
