SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping times

Deliveries are made by 24h Express Courier.
For islands and remote areas, delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days.
The contracted courier is GLS. After your shipment is picked up, you will receive an SMS and/or email from the courier with your CLIENT PARCEL ID (tracking) and the delivery time window.
Since January 2022, our delivery service is even more flexible and personalized with FlexDeliveryService. With six different options to choose from, you can enjoy a delivery experience tailored to your needs. How does it work? You'll receive constant updates on your shipment status. Through a link sent by email, you can access a management area—both before and after the first failed delivery attempt—where you can choose:
- A new delivery date
- A pick-up point
- A new shipping address
- A safe place for delivery
- Authorize a neighbor to collect your package
- Refuse the delivery.
This service is completely free; simply enter your email and phone number at checkout.
RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, GLS Express Courier will contact our staff to notify them that your package is being held at their warehouse.
Our Customer Service will then coordinate with the courier to arrange a second delivery or pick-up at the location.

ORDERS

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, your order will be delivered within 24 working hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria or smaller locations. As soon as the order is handed to the courier, you will receive an email with details and instructions to track your delivery. Deliveries take place between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and a signature will be required. Make sure someone is always available at the provided address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when the courier attempts delivery, a notice will be left with details on how to arrange a new delivery. We work hard to meet the stated delivery times, but during peak periods such as seasonal sales or the Christmas holidays, timings may vary slightly due to courier overload. Please keep this in mind when you shop!

How do I exchange an item?

If you want to change the size or color of the item you purchased, you can take advantage of a very convenient service: we’ll send a courier to pick up the item you want to return and, at the same time, deliver the same item in the new size or color. This service costs €9, which you will need to pay in cash to the courier. If you decide to request an exchange, please email us first at customercare@stmnfitness.com and we will explain the exact procedure to follow and agree together on the pickup date.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item you purchased on our website as long as it’s in its original condition: unworn and with all tags attached. You have 14 working days from the delivery date. Prepare the package, placing inside the items you wish to return and use the following return address:

As soon as we receive the package, we will check it and issue a refund within 5 working days. The refund will of course be made only if the product is still new and resellable.

Warranty

In the event of a “non-conformity defect evident upon delivery”, the civil code applies: the consumer is entitled, free of charge, to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to a reduction of the purchase price, or to termination of the contract.

Product exchange

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully checking your size, and if needed contacting our customer service at info@stmnfitness.com for advice and clarification.
However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days of delivery you can request an exchange, specifying the details by email. Our courier will collect the previously purchased item directly from you and deliver the replacement item at the same time. You will only need to re-pack the product and hand it to the courier as if it were a normal shipment. The PRODUCT EXCHANGE service costs €9.00, payable in cash to the courier.
N.B.: The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging (where applicable).
PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

2. Wait for our customer service to authorize the exchange
3. Re-pack the item as for a normal shipment
4. When the courier arrives, the exchange will take place upon payment of €9.00

Right of withdrawal

RETURNS
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
