Once the courier has picked up the shipment, delivery normally takes 24 business hours; it may take 48 hours for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and hard-to-reach locations.

When the order is handed to GLS you receive the details to track the shipment.

For online purchases you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, go to our returns portal: choose the item and the new size or color, then book the pickup.

The courier delivers the new item and collects the one to be replaced at the same time. You don't need to print any label: the courier applies it at pickup.

The service costs €9.00, to be paid online during the request. On the package, write the order number followed by "-EX" (e.g. #12345-EX).

For online purchases you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without having to give a reason. To start the procedure, go to our returns portal and choose the most convenient pick-up point for you.

The service costs €6,90, to be paid online. On the parcel, write the order number followed by "-RS" (e.g. #12345-RS).

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. The refund is issued within 7 working days of receipt, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The legal warranty of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005) applies to new goods purchased by consumers, lasting two years from delivery.

If there is a defect, you are entitled first and foremost to repair or replacement free of charge. If these remedies are not feasible, you may request a proportional reduction of the price or termination of the contract, in the cases provided for by law.

With FlexDeliveryService you can manage the available options from the link sent by GLS. If your parcel is held at the depot, customer service can coordinate with the courier for a new delivery or for pick-up.
