Warranty

The legal warranty of conformity provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) applies to purchases made by consumers.

For new goods, the legal warranty lasts two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled first of all to repair or replacement free of charge. When these remedies are not feasible, the consumer may request a proportional reduction of the price or termination of the contract, in the cases provided for by law.

To report a problem, write to customercare@stmnfitness.com stating your order number and attaching a description of the defect, preferably with photos or video.
