Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully evaluate your size selection, possibly by contacting our customer service: customercare@stmnfitness.com, available for advice and clarification.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days from delivery you may request an exchange of goods by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer service. We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the item previously purchased and deliver the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only need to repackage the product and hand it over to the courier, who will affix the shipping label. 

The PRODUCT EXCHANGE service has a cost of €9.00, payable in cash to the courier.

N.B.: The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging (where present). 

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE PLACED INSIDE ANOTHER PARCEL!

PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

1. Send your request by e-mail to customercare@stmnfitness.com
2. Wait for return authorization from our customer service department
3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. When the courier arrives, the item will be exchanged upon payment of €9.00, Italy only.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EASY RETURNS

Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a return of the item by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer service.

Products must be shipped back to Stmn Fitness at the customer’s expense, using whichever method or courier is most convenient.

The refund will be issued once the item has been received.

If the product or its original packaging shows signs of wear or defects that compromise its resale, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied to the total refund amount.
