However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, it will be possible to exchange the goods within 14 days of delivery. contacting us by email and following the instructions provided by customer support. We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the previously purchased item directly and deliver the replacement item at the same time. The customer simply needs to repackage the product and hand it over to the courier, who will attach the shipping label.

The EXCHANGE GOODS service costs €9.00, payable in cash to the courier.

N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and contained in its original packaging (where present).

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE CONTAINED IN ANOTHER PACKAGE!

3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. Upon the courier's arrival, the goods will be exchanged following payment of the 9.00 Euros for Italy only

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SIMPLE RETURN

Within 14 days of delivery, you can request a return of the item by contacting us via email. and following the instructions provided by customer support.

The products will be sent back to Stmn Fitness at the customer's expense, via any method or courier is more convenient.

The refund will be made once the item is received.

If the product or original packaging If they show signs of wear or defects that compromise their resalability, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied to the total refund.
