Shipping and Delivery
STMN Fitness ships domestic orders via GLS express courier.
Delivery times in Italy
Once the courier has taken charge of the parcel, delivery normally takes 24 working hours. For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and remote areas, 2–3 working days may be needed.
When the shipment is handed over to GLS, you receive an SMS and/or an email with the tracking code and delivery information.

FlexDeliveryService
From the link sent by GLS you can manage the available delivery options, including:
- choose a new date;
- select a pickup point;
- provide a new address or a safe place;
- authorize collection by a neighbor;
- refuse the delivery.
To use the service, enter your correct email and phone number when you place your order.
Recipient not available
If the parcel is held at the depot, customer service can coordinate with the courier to arrange a second delivery or collection at the location indicated by GLS.
Public holidays
GLS does not normally make deliveries on national public holidays or on the following dates: 1 and 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8, 24, 25 and 26 December; on 31 December the service may be reduced in the afternoon.

Italy: €5.90.
Europe – Zone 1: €12.90
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and France.
Europe – Zone 2: €14.90
Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland and Sweden.
Europe – Zone 3: €14.90
Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland, Estonia, Greece and the United Kingdom.
United States: €26.90.
Canada and Mexico: €32.90.
Norway: €40.00.
