Before placing an order, we recommend carefully considering the choice of size, possibly by contacting our customer service: customercare@stmnfitness.com available for advice and clarifications.

However, in case of a wrong purchase, within 14 days from the delivery, it will be possible to exchange the goods, by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer service. We will arrange, through our courier, to directly pick up the previously purchased item, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only need to repackage the product and hand it over to the courier, who will attach the shipping label.

The GOODS EXCHANGE service has a cost of 9.00 Euro payable in cash to the courier.

N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations, and contained in its original packaging (if present).

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE CONTAINED IN ANOTHER PACKAGE!

PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

1. Send the request via email to customercare@stmnfitness.com
2. Wait for the authorization for the goods exchange from our customer service
3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. Upon the courier's arrival, the goods exchange will take place following the payment of 9.00 Euro only for Italy

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EASY RETURN

Within 14 days from the delivery, it will be possible to request a return of the item, by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer service.

The products will be returned to Stmn Fitness at the customer's expense, through any method or courier that is most convenient.

The refund will be made once the item is received.

If the product or the original packaging show signs of wear or defects that compromise their resale, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied from the total to be refunded.
