🚚 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In Italy, we offer express shipping within 24/48 hours, with exceptions for smaller islands and remote areas. Shipping is handled by GLS express courier.
For the rest of Europe, shipping takes 48/72 hours.
💶 CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
STMN Fitness does not offer cash on delivery.
We accept all major card payment methods: Debit, Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Klarna with 3 interest-free installments, Satispay, Revolut, and even Bank Transfer.
🔁 CAN I EXCHANGE SIZE?
We accept size exchanges for all products within 14 days of the courier delivering the package.
To exchange a size, it's important to return the product in its original packaging. The product must not show any signs of wear or use.
The cost of changing sizes is €9.00 which corresponds to the cost of double return shipping.
💰 CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
Typically, the refund process takes between 3 and 5 business days.
🤌 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping to Italy is €5.90 for orders under €85. Shipping above this amount is free.
