MATERIAL
The steel cable
The package includes a "bare" steel cable, a 3-meter-long cable without rubber protection. Its diameter is 1.5 millimeters.
This is because we believe it is the most effective and suitable combination for CROSS TRAINING training and competitions and fitness in general.
Adjustment and Fixing
Inside the The adjustment kit includes a hex key to secure the 4 screws located on the caps at the ends of the cable.
