Once the shipment has been picked up by the courier, your order will be delivered within 24 business hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and smaller locations.

As soon as the order is handed to the courier you will receive an e-mail with the details and instructions to track the delivery. Delivery hours are between 9:00 and 18:30 and a signature will be required.

You have the right to return one or more items within 14 days of the date you receive the order, without having to give a reason.

You receive a link by e-mail to access an area where you can:

• Choose a new delivery date
• Select a pickup point
• Provide a new address or safe place
• Authorize a neighbor to collect the parcel
• Refuse the delivery

The service is free: just enter your e-mail and phone number at checkout.

GLS contacts our staff to notify us of the held parcel. Customer service will coordinate with the courier to arrange a second delivery or pick-up at our premises.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
