Designed to protect and help prevent potential injuries during training and to provide compression and substantial support to the wrist.
HOW TO USE WRIST WRAPS
The elastic wrist wraps should be worn by inserting the thumb into the black elastic loop, then wrapping the strap around the wrist to tighten and compress the joint.
Once the wrap is tightened, you can remove your thumb from the loop and start your workout.

Once the wrap is tightened, you can slip your thumb out of the elastic and start your workout.
