Once the shipment has been picked up by the courier, your order will be delivered within 24 business hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and smaller locations.

As soon as the order is handed to the courier you will receive an e-mail with the details and instructions to track the delivery. Delivery hours are between 9:00 and 18:30 and a signature will be required.

You have the right to return one or more items within 14 days of the date you receive the order, without having to give a reason.

GLS contacts our staff to notify us of the held parcel. Customer service will coordinate with the courier to arrange a second delivery or pick-up at our premises.
