STMN FITNESS was founded in 2016 by two graduates from the Faculty of Architecture and Design, with the goal of combining their design expertise and passion for CrossFit.
The Stamina Fitness project was created with the aim of designing and producing apparel and accessories specifically made by CrossFitters for CrossFitters.

SHIPPING
Shipments are made with 24h Express Courier service.
For islands and remote areas, delivery times range from 2 to 3 working days.
Our contracted courier is GLS. Once your shipment has been picked up, you will receive an SMS and/or an email from the courier with your SHIPMENT ID (tracking) and the delivery time slot.
Since January 2022, our delivery service has become even more flexible and personalized thanks to FlexDeliveryService. With six different options to choose from, you’ll enjoy a delivery experience tailored to your needs. How does it work? You’ll be constantly updated on the status of your shipment. Through a link sent via email, you can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose to:
- Set a new delivery date
- Choose a pickup point
- Enter a new shipping address
- Indicate a safe place for delivery
- Authorize pickup by a neighbor
- Refuse delivery.
The service is completely free; you just need to enter your email and phone number at checkout.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, GLS Express Courier will contact our staff to inform them that the parcel is being held at their warehouse.
Our Customer Service will then contact the courier to provide the instructions needed to arrange a second delivery or collection of the goods at their premises.

WARRANTY
In the event of a conformity defect “noticeable upon delivery,” the civil code applies: the customer is entitled to have the item restored to conformity free of charge, either by repair or replacement, or to a reduction in the purchase price or termination of the contract.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully evaluate your size choice, possibly by contacting our customer service at info@staminafitness.it for advice and clarification.
However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days of delivery you can request an exchange, specifying the details via email. We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the previously purchased item directly from you and deliver the replacement item at the same time. You will only need to repackage the product and hand it to the courier as if you were making a normal shipment. The ITEM EXCHANGE service costs €9.00, payable in cash to the courier.
N.B.: The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging (where applicable).
PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

2. Wait for authorization for the exchange from our customer service
3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. When the courier arrives, the exchange will take place upon payment of €9.00
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
RETURNS
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Once your shipment has been picked up, your order will be delivered within 24 business hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, or smaller towns. As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with details and instructions for tracking your delivery. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM and a signature will be required. Please make sure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions to arrange a new delivery. We work hard to meet our delivery timelines, but during busy periods such as seasonal sales or the holidays, delivery times may vary slightly due to courier overload. Please keep this in mind when placing your order!
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you want to change the size or color of an item you purchased, we offer a very convenient service: we send a courier to pick up the item you want to return and, at the same time, deliver the same item in the new size or color. This service costs €9, payable in cash to the courier. If you want to make an exchange, please email us first at customercare@stmnfitness.com and we’ll explain the process in detail and arrange a pickup date together.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return any item purchased on our website as long as it's in its original condition: unworn and with tags attached. You have 14 business days from the delivery date. Prepare your package, placing the items to be returned inside, and address it to:

As soon as we receive your package, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
