MATERIAL
The steel cable
The package includes an “exposed” steel cable, a bare cable without rubber coating, with a length of 3 meters. The diameter is 1.5 millimeters.
This is because we believe it is the most high-performing and suitable combination for CROSS TRAINING workouts and competitions, and fitness in general.
Adjustment and fastening
The adjustment kit includes a hex key to tighten the 4 screws on the caps at the ends of the cable.
