Our partner courier is GLS. After your shipment has been accepted, you will receive a text message and/or email from the courier indicating the CUSTOMER PACKAGE ID (tracking) and delivery time slot.
Starting in January 2022, our delivery service is even more flexible and personalized with FlexDeliveryService. With six different options to choose from, you'll enjoy a personalized delivery experience tailored to your needs. How does it work? You'll be constantly updated on the progress of your shipment. A link sent via email will allow you to access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose:
- New delivery date
- Choice of collection point
- New shipping address,
- Safe place of delivery,
- Authorize collection by a neighbor
- Refuse delivery.
The service is completely free and you just need to enter your email and phone number during the purchase process.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, GLS Corriere Espresso will contact our staff to inform them of the storage at their warehouses.
Our Customer Service will contact the courier to provide instructions for a second delivery or for collection of the goods on site.

In the event of a lack of conformity "detectable upon delivery", the Civil Code applies, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement or to a reduction in the purchase price or to the termination of the contract.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, you can exchange the item within 14 days of delivery by specifying the details via email. We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the previously purchased item directly from you and deliver the replacement item at the same time. The customer simply needs to repackage the product and hand it over to the courier as if it were a normal shipment. The EXCHANGE service costs €9.00, payable in cash to the courier.
N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and contained in its original packaging (where present).
PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

4. Upon the courier's arrival, the goods will be exchanged following payment of 9.00 Euros.

RETURNS
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery.

Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered within 24 business hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and smaller towns. As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with details and tracking instructions. Delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, and a signature will be required. Please ensure someone is available at the address provided to collect your package. If you are not present when the courier arrives, a delivery note will be left with details for arranging a new delivery. We work hard to meet our delivery schedules, but during busy periods, such as seasonal sales or the Christmas period, delivery times may vary slightly due to courier overload. Please keep this in mind when purchasing!

If you'd like to exchange the size or color of your purchased item, you can take advantage of a very convenient service: we'll send a courier to pick up the item you're returning and, at the same time, deliver the same item in a different size or color. This service costs €9 and you'll have to pay it in cash to the courier. If you decide to exchange it, please email us first at customercare@stmnfitness.com and we will explain the exact procedure to follow and choose the collection day together.

You can return any item you purchased on our site, provided it is in its original condition: unworn and complete with tags. You have 14 working days from the date of purchase. consegna.Prepara the package, inserting the items to be returned inside and indicating this as the destination address:
